The Waide Company mission is to restore foundations of the American Experiment by cultivating steady, moral, united Americans. We build projects that reinforce what works: personal responsibility, shared purpose, and principled freedom. In this divided age, we focus on what unites us all.

The Academy is our simulation-based, Ai-powered solution to America's worsening education crisis. Through tailored, interactive learning, we are teaching foundational American values not taught in schools anymore.

Waide Consulting is our private systems design and engineering firm. We help organizations build and maintain structures that align worthy missions with effective methods, across the board.

About The Project

Waide Academy is an interactive, game-like education platform for kids ages 12–16. Within the Academy, kids can meet iconic figures like Jesus, Newton, and Ford to explore what it means to become a joyful, purposeful American adult. The game adapts to each child’s unique learning profile, making the Academy personal, intuitive, and unforgettable.

Beta: The Next Step

We are currently developing the first open beta of the Academy. The beta will require thousands of hours of design, development and testing. Once the beta is complete, we will move forward to series A funding to finance the first full-scale version of the application.

About The Project

Waide Consulting is a systems engineering firm with one purpose: help groups help themselves help their communities. We cut to the core of what makes an organization tick and work to align every task within that organization to their global mission. Our reports are short and our delivery is snappy. We don't waste our clients' time, we focus on creating real, measurable results.

The Waide Method

The Waide Consulting method consists of four major parts. First, discovery is where we identify an organization's unique symptoms of dysfunction and discuss the existence of a solution. Next, diagnosis involves considering the causes of the organization's dysfunction. This leads to design, where we explore possible shifts to realign energy and create new outcomes. Lastly, deployment is where we put it all into action, creating immediate, quantifiable, positive change.
